Janice grew up in Rhode Island, graduated with a Bachelors in Nutrition from University of Rhode Island. She has a Masters in Food Service Administration from Framingham State University and a Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven.
Janice has many years’ experience as an ICU dietitian/ Clinical Nutrition Manager /Food Service Director and lastly Director of Clinical Nutrition for a hospital system in CT. She had own consulting business, worked in long term care, and worked in private schools.
Janice moved to CT and has been here for over 30 years. She has 2 grown adult children and a wonderful grandson. All live in CT so they didn’t go far! Janice loves to be outdoors, like biking, kayaking and golf and walking.
Fun fact, Janice’s daughter was on Wheel of Fortune a few years ago. She wasn’t a big winner, but did solve a few puzzles!
